Interior plasterer
Join a close-knit team of plasterers delivering clean, precise work in houses, apartments and commercial buildings on the Belgian coast and beyond.
What you'll do
As a plasterer at AOP you take care of the interior plastering of walls and ceilings, in both new builds and renovations. You work in a fixed team on sites across West and East Flanders: from terraced houses to apartment blocks for property developers.
- Preparing surfaces and fitting corner beads
- Applying and finishing gypsum plaster (machine and hand application)
- Ceiling work, renovation and repair of existing plaster
- Cement rendering of wet rooms
- Leaving the site clean and safe
Who we're looking for
- Experience as a plasterer, or a completed training with strong motivation
- An eye for detail – clean, flat work is our signature
- Able to work independently, but a team player
- Driving licence B is a plus
- Dutch or English to communicate on site; you don't need to speak Dutch to apply
